The Lake Phuket Elephant Home is a sanctuary
dedicated to rescuing domestic elephants from
harsh labor conditions and providing them with a safe, loving environment.
Our mission is to make a difference by educating
visitors about elephant care, welfare, and the
importance of ethical tourism. At our sanctuary, elephants can live freely and happily, away from
the hardships they once faced. We offer ethical tours where guests can observe and learn about these gentle giants in a respectful and responsible
way, fostering a deeper understanding of their
natural behaviors and needs. Our home is not just
a place for elephants-it is a place of compassion,
learning and meaningful change.

This was an absolute epic experience. It’s not just peace. You really get to meet them. He’s spend time with eliminated of habitat and then even get them bath if you are brave enough. You get a mini Thai cooking class too. Lunch was great as well. Bring a towel Bring swimming trunks Maybe some shoes you don’t mind getting well for an extra pair that are dry. Our history was (And I don’t know how to spell it, right). They helped with hole encounter really smooth and excellent. Positive and energy all around.

Fantastic experience! There was a great walk with the elephants and bath. Great small group experience! Tour guides were fantastic as well. Meal at the end made it great

Het was een geweldige diervriendelijke ervaring! De olifanten zijn heel lief. De verzorgers zijn ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze passen goed op de dieren. Thank you very much Yu!

This is the second time I’ve chosen them. I came with my family, and we spent my birthday there—it was an unforgettable experience. I totally recommend the whole team; they are amazing: Todd, Yu, and Vanz. The elephants are soooo nice: Miu Miu, Mo No Lia, Saow, and Lai Ma 🥰 Thank you very much for your kindness! If you come to Phuket, this is an absolute must !!
